This policy explains how personal data submitted through the Gourmet Xchange website is collected, used and protected, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
What is collected
When you submit an enquiry form, the site collects your name, mobile number, email address, the unit type and enquiry type you select, any preferred date and time, and your message. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms the submission is from a person; it does not set advertising cookies.
How it is used
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry about Gourmet Xchange: to send the information you requested, arrange a sales gallery appointment and follow up on that enquiry. They are not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.
How it is handled
Form submissions are relayed securely to the project inbox through a form-processing service. Access is limited to those handling Gourmet Xchange enquiries, and data is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking cookies. Cookieless, aggregate traffic statistics may be collected by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by emailing sales@gourmetxchanges.sg. Withdrawal of consent is acted on within a reasonable time.
